"... now, will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them? ...”
Luke 18:1 - 8
Please pray for the youngest boy living with us, Yem. As so many young people have to learn, Yem needs to develop the personal discipline to turn in homework and to study. Pray for us as we are foster parents to him.
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it
The recording of the "K" New Testament has been done and is in the states being properly formatted. The audio New Testament should be accomplished about the same time the printing of this will be done. Pray there are no glitches in the process.
So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.

Praise God! We are ecstatic that ANOTHER New Testament translation has been completed and is heading to the printers. The dedication should be held late this year. We have prayed for the "M" people and the translators over the years. We have taught their children and rejoiced when those kids returned to ministry work here in Papua. Thank God with us for His Word being shared among the nations.
Therefore I will give thanks to You among the nations, O LORD,
And I will sing praises to Your name.

Praise God and give thanks with us. All major teaching positions at Hillcrest are covered for the next school year. We don't think we've ever reported this so far in advance of August.

You who are the trust of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest sea;
Our son, Josh, just learned that he has latent tuberculosis. Please pray for a good response to the medicine and that it disappears. Note: it is our understanding the course of treatment takes six months to a year. This will be an on-going prayer request.
Because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, for this reason, to keep me from exalting myself, there was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me—to keep me from exalting myself!
Praise the Lord, the "L" Bible Nearing Completion! A translation consultant, Henry,is doing a final check on "L" Old Testament passages. The other day he was just looking at individual words that were just used once in the Old Testament just to make sure they were actual words and not misspellings. The software program came up with over 16,000 different words used in the Old Testament! When he returns back to the states, he will begin working with someone else to do the typesetting of the entire Bible in the "L" language.
God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world.

The Bible paper from South Korea has arrived at the printer's location in Java to print the "K" Bible. The printer started printing and hopefully, it will be completed by August or before! The print run should be 2,000 Bibles to be printed and there will be many audio players distributed for people to listen to an oral recording in the days ahead. Praise the Lord for the progress made.
For this reason we also constantly thank God that when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men, but for what it really is, the word of God, which also performs its work in you who believe.
