We believe the Bible.

We believe the Bible teaches us that we are all sinners. We all fall short of God's righteousness. It became clear to Mary when she realized that at times she was disappointed in some of her actions and speech. She had been wrong in what she had said or done, or even what she had thought. If she didn't live up to her own standards, how could she possibly meet God's standards?

We believe the Bible provides the resolution of this problem. Jesus Christ is God's provision for our sin. It is through His sacrificial death on the cross that we can enter into a relationship with God.

We believe the Bible teaches all Christians are indwelt by the Holy Spirit who is God. It is by reading the Bible, and prayerfully applying the principles therein to our lives that we can begin to meet God's standards in our thoughts and behaviors and speech. The process won't be completed on this earth, but Christians expect to live forever and will become perfect as God is perfect.
