Please join us in praise for the marriage of our daughter.  Everything went well and we are so grateful to volunteers from the church we attend who assisted in the service. 

Gal 6:2  “Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.”

This is the time for the Hillcrest International School high school students to participate in Outdoor Education.  The students travel to the interior of the province for studies and ministry in a remote location.  Please pray for safety and for the students to draw closer in the walk to the Lord. 

Deu 6:7  "You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up. ”

We are grateful to God for our financial partners for giving to our one-time need.  Please  pray that we receive enough to purchase our plane tickets and to ship some household goods to the field. 

Jas 4:15  “Instead, you ought to say, "If the Lord wills, we will live and also do this or that."

Our visas have been requested.  Please pray for a smooth transition through the governmental bureaucracy. 

Pro 21:1  “The king's heart is like channels of water in the hand of the LORD; He turns it wherever He wishes.”

Please pray for a co-worker who just arrived on the field from furlough.  She is suffering from either malaria or dengue fever.  Sometimes, with the technology available in the area, it is difficult to make a definitive diagnosis.  She’s been treated for malaria, but hasn’t responded in quite the expected manner. 

2Co 12:9  “And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.”

Please pray for language checking of Genesis and other Books.  This is an important step in the process of giving the Scriptures to people who don’t have God’s Word.  Please pray for a faithful rendering so the people can understand what God has written. 

Joh 20:31  “but these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.”

Please pray for us as we prepare to leave the United States.  We are arranging for the care of our house and the myriad of details involved in this transition.  

Pro 24:27  “Prepare your work outside And make it ready for yourself in the field; Afterwards, then, build your house.”
